Shuter Library - A Star Among Libraries.

We are pleased and excited to announce that Library Journal has recently declared the Shuter Library as a Five Star Library, the magazine's highest honor. The Library Journal ratings look at four metrics of a library's service: circulation per capita, visits per capita, program attendance per capita, and public Internet uses per capita. Of the 7,115 Libraries rated by the magazine, the Shuter Library is one of 10 in our budget group awarded the five star rating.
