HOW DO I GET MY AUCTION ITEM?
Most items will be delivered through the US Postal Service. In the Terms and Conditions for the Item, the Library will indicate any difficulties with postal delivery. For example, your object may be too big, fragile, or awkward to send through USPS. If alcohol is involved, you will be required to pick up your item at Shuter Library.
When your bid wins, you will receive an email and/or a text that asks you to provide a USPS mailing address. Certificates for vacation getaways, services, etc. will be mailed to you within a day or two.
BUT if the item can't be mailed (fragile, can't fit in a box, alcohol), you will be asked to:
a) pick up your winning item at the Library, or
b) email the Library so we can determine together the best way to get your item to you.
If you are having difficulty communicating with the library by email, please call the front desk Tuesday-Saturday at 575.377.6755.
If you want to support the library but did not bid on auction items, a monetary donation would be happily be accepted.
